Chief of General Staff of the Czech Armed Forces visited VOP CZ

Last week, the Chief of General Staff Major General Karel Rehka visited us on a working visit together with representatives of the Czech Army and the Ministry of Defence.

During the visit, the company’s strategy was presented by the company’s management and a discussion was held on further possibilities of cooperation and the needs of the Army of the Czech Republic that the state enterprise can provide. During the tour of the facility, the delegation visited not only the production halls, but also the research part of the enterprise, where they were presented with the autonomous tactical robotic system UGV TAROS V4, the development of which we have been engaged in for a long time.

“It was my first visit to the state enterprise VOP CZ in a new role. Ensuring our own capabilities in the form of a state enterprise for peacetime, but especially wartime needs I see as quite essential,” said Major General Karel Rehka, Chief of the General Staff of the Army of the Czech Republic.
