Our technology
In addition to good design, high-quality technological equipment is essential for producing high-quality work. Every year, we invest 8% of our turnover in modernising our machinery.
Thermal cutting and sawing
CNC laser, oxy-fuel (up to 200 mm) and plasma. Sheet sizes up to 2500 x 6000 mm.
CNC Bending
CNC press brake, max length 6120 mm, press force 4000 kN.
CNC Machining
6-axis horizontal and vertical machining of oversized components.
Certified welding
Robotic and manual (MIG, MAG, TIG) in accordance with the strictest standards.
Final assembly
We provide assembly of complex assemblies on a production line system with seven workstations. Our references are predominantly LINDE logistics machines.

ISO/IEC 17025
We guarantee metrological traceability and precision. We help our partners in the civil engineering sector to reduce costs, simplify documentation and comply with strict regulatory requirements.
Metrology
Length and angle: Calibration of municipal measuring instruments and standards with high accuracy.
Pressure: Measurements up to 1400 bar traceable to national standards.
Torque: Calibration of torque tools in the range 0.1 Nm – 1000 Nm.
Electrical: Multimeters, resistance decades, voltage, current and time.
3D Measurement
Coordinate measurement: CNC scanning and comparison with CAD models.
Linear height gauge: Fast measurement (1.8 μm + L/600) up to 1000 mm.
Material testing: Hardness (Vickers, Brinell, Rockwell) and roughness measurement.
NDT Testing
Penetrant testing (PT): Detection of surface defects in all common materials.
Magnetic testing (MT): Detection of surface and subsurface defects in Fe materials.
Visual inspection (VT): Assessment of surfaces and welds using specialised equipment.
On-site collection of gauges
